I truly appreciate seeing the photos and transparent prices all in a single report. Excellent communication throughout. Kai is a great guy and all of the staff are professional and helpful. Despite a high volume of work and strong demand for car repairs, it's clear that they do their best to accommodate every customer. I did experience some delays and minor inconveniences, but after coming to 34th Street Garage for several repairs & routine maintenance over the past 3 years, I continue to be happy with the quality of their work and I feel this is a 5 star business. I have taken multiple cars to them for both routine oil changes/preventive maintenance as well as for specific problems/issues and they have provided consistent high quality service every single time... read more which is very hard to find in a mechanic. They are also very up front and transparent with their pricing and get your consent before performing any charged service which is also extremely hard to find in a mechanic. I plan to continue using their services on all of my cars for as long as I live in Seattle.
